Meet Noha

Hi, I have been working in the fitness industry over 15 years. I am a group fitness instructor, spinning instructor and fully certified Stott Pilates instructor. For the last 7 years, I have focused solely on Pilates and Rehab programs with physiotherapists. I teach a variety of private one-on-one sessions and semi-private small-group sessions from my home studio in Burlington Ontario, Pilates with Noha, as well as offering private and semi-private small-group sessions, where I come to you. You can also find me teaching in-person and online classes at Studio Zee Pilates & Westdale Pilates in Hamilton.

My clients are mainly middle-aged women and men who have injuries or movement restrictions in some part of their bodies. Over 10 years of Pilates practice, I have helped countless clients to strengthen their body and live pain free after many years of feeling tight and weak.

This is a feeling I understand all too well, as it is what led me to my own Pilates journey. I was born in Egypt and worked in the corporate world for over 10 years. This sedentary environment resulted in persistent back, shoulder, and neck pain, so I made the switch to the fitness industry in search of a cure. I explored all type of fitness, from handball to running group fitness and spinning classes. I created lean muscle and reduced my body fat but the pain remained… until I started to practice Pilates. Now I live pain free and help others to do the same.

Learning about your body, mind, and soul connection, and how to achieve balance, can be a lengthy journey. I have learned a lot about myself and my clients through my work. I only wish I’d had my deep knowledge of proper exercise movements in my youth, then I could have avoided the pain created as a result of years of incorrect posture, lack of body awareness and bad habits.

As a busy trainer, and a mom, you won’t find me on social media. Instead, my focus is on my helping
clients, so I am always just an email away.

In my spare time, I enjoy traveling, hiking, and reading. I especially love spending time outdoors enjoying nature.
