Everyone’s needs are different, which is why I offer a range of personalized Pilates classes. Choose from in-person private and semi-private sessions held at my home studio in Burlington or opt for general fitness classes where I come to you. Dive Deep
Private in-person Pilates sessions perfect for those looking for a tailored program to suit your specific needs, who prefer privacy and want to work at your own pace. I work one-on-one with each client to build a personalized program around your unique body challenges. Working with me, you will dive deep into each exercise to learn which muscle initiate the movement and which muscle support the movement. By enriching your knowledge of how your body works, you can rewire your brain to establish better communication with each muscle independently. Your sessions will progress at your own pace to improve your muscle strength, mobility, and balance.
Ideal for: Back pain, Osteoporosis, Scoliosis, hip replacement, rehab programs for knee pain or shoulder injuries and per-natal or post-natal strength exercises. Classes are paid every 3 months according to frequency.
Class types:
3 Months Foundation course.
6 -12 Months Level I -II with progression.
Up to 12 months Intermediate to advanced progressivly.
Stretch it out
Workout with a partner or friends and stretch your budget by buying more sessions up front. Semi-Private and Trio in-person classes will keep you motivated working within a small group that guarantees individual attention. Pilates is a journey. Each month you will notice small differences and improvements. Once you start, you will be eager to continue on the path to achieving strength, balance and freedom from pain.
Ideal for: Those who want to train in a small-group setting and stretch their budget further by a 3 months program level essential, intermediate or advance.
One week after each course is open for all make up classes.
Group types:
Semi-private: 3 months 1-2 /week.
Trio: 3 months 1-2/week.
Mat Pilates only or Mat with springboard.
Physiotherapy Program
Most people come to Physiotherapy because they are in pain. Pilates training and equipment is unique in developing normal endless movements patterns pain free. Equipment allow progressive resistance and support for injuries. So we don’t aggravate injury or over-load it. Pilates Rehab approach allows instructor to work with any joint injury or spinal conditions.
In your assessment, therapist will assess the cause of the pain, what Lifestyle and cognitive factors may also aggravate the pain.
The pain drivers vary from a minor joint sprain to something more
persistent like chronic lower back pain. Pain is not always about tissue damage, Sometimes the area has become over-sensitive.
Ideal for: Back pain, tight shoulder and neck, shoulder injuries, hip pain and ankle rehab. Mobility and flexibility for athletes or desk job people.
Prerequisite insurance coverage. Email us to book an assessment with our physiotherapist then share your availability to start your Pilates Rehab session with your Pilates instructor, PTA, covered with your physiotherapy plan.
