Meet Noha
Hi, I have been working in the fitness industry for over 15 years. I am a group fitness instructor, spinning instructor, and fully certified Stott Pilates instructor. For the last 7 years, I have focused solely on Pilates and rehab programs with physiotherapists. I teach a variety of private one-on-one sessions and semi-private small-group sessions from my home studio in Burlington Ontario, Pilates with Noha, as well as offering private and semi-private small-group sessions, where I come to you. You can also find me teaching in-person and online classes at Pilates Studio in Hamilton.
